Dear Bulgari

In 2009 you received a copy of our Coffee Table magazine “CAPE VILLAS” with Conde Nast Traveller, you approached us and were very flattered. In depth discussion were had between your representatives and our researcher Amy.

We discussed our next publication would be pan African and be in hardback, we did however need to create a new brand and do lots of research. Well now the brand is close to being launched, it is called simply “Experience” and our first of many global websites is nearly complete www.ExperienceAfrica.com which we hope to soon link to a major concierge company.
We are now preparing for the book and production.

We will be doing 3 different productions.

  1. An over sized Hardback Coffee Table Book.
    5,000 direct placement by Gold Key Media UK.
    The same for venues included to give to special guests.
  2. An art film over a dramatic sound track. 90 Minutes, for Cinema, plus exerts given to Fashion TV and other selected Media.
  3. Glossy Magazines.
    100,000 Distributed by Conde Nast in Europe and the USA

Our current main focus, is the Art Book, we will soon be consulting on the film, and will consider the magazine at a later time. Other than the venue names, which will be subtle, there will be no text in the Art book.

We have put 2 years of research into finding out not which venues are really the best for the world’s elite to visit, if its expensive it has to be worth it, and if its inexpensive it has to be amazing.

This said we will not be focusing on architecture so much, more the surrounding landscapes.

And either directly in front, or entwined within the landscapes we will be featuring models and actresses. But always in an arty way, some treatments we are working on.

  2. A stylish near nude shot with the Great Wildebeest migration and Mt Kilimanjaro in the back ground.
  3. A girl in a bikini Rock Climbing Table Mountain, (believe me It happens it!!)
  4. A Girl Paragliding around Lions Head. (next to Table Mountain)
  5. Elephant Riding
  6. A shot in the cockpit, and if possible on the wing of a Leer Jet in front of a dramatic background.
  7. In the desert in front of , Rovos Rail is (the Orient express of Africa)
  8. Quad Biking in front of the Giant Dunes in Namibia
  9. A number of South African Safari Shots.
  10. Exotic Beaches in Mauritius, Seychelles, Zanzibar, and Mozambique  
  11. The Cradle of mankind ,
  12. Victoria Falls,
  13. Zimbarli Lodge
  14. The Drakensburg Mountains
  15. Some truly amazing Villas

We will be going for about 300 pages with about 8 pages devoted to each location, mostly of the landscapes but one or two pages showing the venue. Some locations may warrant more pages so we are looking at about 30 different venues.

When we talked last, there was discussion about yourselves placing your soaps and branding in the bathrooms of our villas, we however did not really see value in that for you, few guests could afford your brand. He said the guests of the 30 of so venues we choose can afford your brand, so much better exposure. And save about 10 “must have venues” we can choose only venues to agree to place your products.

Now what arrangement you would like to make I can’t say, but I’ll offer a few suggestions.

  1. You talk to them direct and negotiate a good price.
  2. You give your products to them in exchange for their advertising revenue, which goes towards the production and distribution. Most venues have less than 15 Luxury rooms and this would be as much financial assistance as we need.
  3. We discuss another arrangement that works better for you

We want to keep as free from ads as possible, preferably completely free.

In an Ideal world we will link you with a Men’s and Women’s fashion House. Preferably Armani and Chanel, but you can choose if you wish.

Instead of ads, the models in the shots will ware your products, sometimes subtly in the distance, sometimes the central focus of the shot. It’s an Art Book so we can get very creative.

You can have as little or as much involvement as you want, you can leave it all to us, or you can art direct. Regarding cast, you are of course more than welcome to use your contracted Models that said we also have very beautiful girls here, so again up to you, however 2 South African models will be featured. They are part of a much wider syndicate that co own their contract and are pushing to make them very famous.

If you are interested we have reserved a 16 year option of exclusivity in Jewelry for $10,000 a month, whilst a lot lower than you would usually pay, the contract is co-owned by an strategic consortium of 16 partners all involved in the film, model and sporting industry which makes a package of over $25M package. More than fair.

Besides the book, we will also be pushing these 2 girls for Films and TV Series, where again the production companies’ co own their contracts.

A wider plan that we are happy to discuss with Bulgari corporate. Sees the creation of global sports league’s and other business plans between 16 large cooperates, we are currently targeting: FIFA Google, UFC, FaceBook, AMEX & SKY. Each corporate then endorses our girls for over $1M. Generating, we hope at least $20 a year, which is split 4 ways,

Half goes back to the main corporate body, for use of promotion, then purchasing other businesses, then buying land in economically struggling countries.

A quarter goes to the girls

A quarter goes back to the contract owners as profit. Which after a few years will be sizable?

We also have a proposal for your Bulgari corporate, but all in good time.
